- FERMENTATION : Brief pre fermentative maceration after passing through "Boreal" at 5ºC. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature and selected yeasts.
- WINE TESTING : Pale yellow color with green trim, bright and clear. In nose it highlights and important fruited load that resembles tropical fruits, pear and banana, and fl oral notes, fresh and complex. Fresh and greedy entry, with a great structure and persistence in mouth. One can notice the fruit that, combine with a long stride, makes an elegant full-nuanced wine.
- BASIC FOR THE PAIRING: Ideal with cheeses, foie and seafood.
- RECOMMENDATION :Preserve at a constant temperature below 16ºC, preventing light from reaching it. Temperature of storage: 6-8ºC.
