- FERMENTATION : 30 days, 15 days of pre fermentative maceration after the pass through "Boreal". Temperature of fermentation: 25º C. Fermentation-maceration during 2 weeks. Aging in barrels. 12 months in oak barrels (80% French, 20% American). 300 L oak barrels.
- WINE TESTING : This wine has been selected from our best plots, La Higuera, Finca el Carril and Carril de Iniesta. A modern style wine, with Mediterranean infl uences a warm wine that which perfectly combines the fruit with its structure. It has a very powerful and expressive nose where soft fruit blend, spicy and elegant touch of toff ee and memories of cocoa, fruits that have passed 12 months in new French oak barrels. A fl eshy mouth, structured with elegant tannins resulting from a balanced performance in the fi eld, a long maceration and careful aging. The possible occurrence of precipitates is natural as it is not subjected to any fi ltration, indicating the quality and purity of this wine.

- RECOMMENDATION :Preserve at a constant temperature below 16ºC. 70-75% of humidity and darkness. Temperature: 18ºC.
